Hi - I'm a new member...you can do a variation of the 'handclasp'
with your eyes instead...just close your eyes and pretend they are
locked tight, you know you can open them if you wanted to...but
remember you are pretending you cant.. and the more you try to open
your eyelids , the more tightly locked your eyelids become, and the
more tightly locked your eyelids become...the more relaxed you
become .. until you can't be bothered to try to open your eyes
anymore...and when you are competely relaxed and ready & it feels
just right to open your eyes....open them..feeling
relaxed..alert..and fully aware..
Try that on yourself as written - i.e. in the third person - its a
useful way to get a quick 'chill fix' - and please , as per the old
warning , DONT try this while driving oroperating any form of
machinery!
